This recipe calls for peperoncini, but most pickle-y things (cornichons, olives, that jar of dilly beans you&#8217;ve had for years) will work just as well.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Makes 8<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>4<\/p>\n<div>large eggs, room temperature<\/div>\n<p>2<\/p>\n<div>jarred peperoncini in brine<\/div>\n<p>4<\/p>\n<div>sprigs parsley<\/div>\n<p>\u00bc<\/p>\n<div>cup mayonnaise<\/div>\n<p>\u00bd<\/p>\n<div>tsp. smoked or hot paprika<\/div>\n<div>Kosher salt<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Step 1<\/h4>\n<p>Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Step 2<\/h4>\n<p>Using a spider or slotted spoon, carefully lower <strong>4 eggs<\/strong> into boiling water. Set timer for 8 minutes. Fill a large bowl with ice water.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Step 3<\/h4>\n<p>While eggs are boiling, do the rest of your prep: Drain <strong>2 peperoncini<\/strong>. Remove stems and finely chop.
