{"id":4471,"date":"2024-05-23T10:27:04","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T10:27:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/homekitchennotes.com\/flavorfinesse\/2024\/05\/23\/healthy-brownie-batter\/"},"modified":"2024-05-23T10:27:04","modified_gmt":"2024-05-23T10:27:04","slug":"healthy-brownie-batter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homekitchennotes.com\/ja\/healthy-brownie-batter\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthy Brownie Batter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Secretly Healthy Brownie Batter \u2014 delicious and safe to eat raw because it\u2019s made without eggs. \u00a0You\u2019d never know it\u2019s sugar free, low fat, high protein, and gluten free too!<\/p>\n<p><i>Oh<\/i> my gosh.<\/p>\n<p>Oh <i>my<\/i> gosh.<\/p>\n<p>Oh my <i>gosh<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Confession time! \u00a0Okay, so, I used to eat Tollhouse cookie dough straight out of the tub\u2026 \u00a0the 36oz tub\u2026 \u00a0from Costco (yes, <i>that<\/i>\u00a0cookie dough) and not only was that fairly dangerous from a possible salmonella contamination, it was unhealthy from the insane amount of sugar, processed flour and trans fats. \u00a0I won\u2019t get into the nitty gritty, but just trust me, this Healthy Brownie Batter is <i>sooo<\/i> much better!<\/p>\n<p>First off, it\u2019s chocolate flavored (woohoo!)<\/p>\n<p>Second, it\u2019s eggless, therefore safe to eat raw.<\/p>\n<p>Third, it\u2019s low fat and sugar free, not to mention high fiber due to its secret ingredient: \u00a0<b>black beans<\/b>!<\/p>\n<p>(Don\u2019t worry, you don\u2019t taste them at all)<\/p>\n<p>Once you take a bite you will completely forget that it\u2019s good for you. \u00a0This is just so good. \u00a0Super thick and fudgy like brownie batter, super oaty and chewy like cookie dough.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span>55g<\/span> <span>(\u00bd cup + 1 tbs)<\/span> <span>Old Fashioned Rolled Oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>64g<\/span> <span>(2 scoops)<\/span> <span>Chocolate Whey Protein Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>48g<\/span> <span>(\u00bc cup)<\/span> <span>Granulated Erythritol<\/span> <span>(or sweetener of choice)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>10g<\/span> <span>(2 tbs)<\/span> <span>Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00bc<\/span> <span>tsp<\/span> <span>Instant Coffee<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u215b<\/span> <span>tsp<\/span> <span>Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>1<\/span> <span>15oz can<\/span> <span>Black Beans<\/span> <span>(drained and rinsed well; ~1\u00bd cups beans)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00bc<\/span> <span>cup<\/span> <span>Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>64g<\/span> <span>(\u00bc cup)<\/span> <span>Natural Almond Butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00bd<\/span> <span>tsp<\/span> <span>Liquid Stevia Extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00bd<\/span> <span>tsp<\/span> <span>Vanilla Extract<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>In a large bowl, add stir together the oats, protein powder, erythritol, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and salt.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>In a blender, puree together the beans, almond milk, almond butter, stevia extract, and vanilla extract. Scoop this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir together. And you&#8217;re done!
